Hikvision cameras to our NVR

Below is the instruction for programming Hikvision IP cameras to our brand NVR.  We want all cameras to have the same password, subnet and starting IP address.
The utility is on located any Hikvision CD-disk in the retail cardboard box or can be downloaded here:  https://us.hikvision.com/sites/default/files/sadptool_v3.0.2.4.zip
This utility program is called SADPtool.exe

For POE NVRs:

  1. Set laptop to IPV4 fixed:
    • IP address:         10.151.151.2
    • Gateway:            10.151.151.1
    • Subnet:               255.0.0.0
  2. Disconnect the WAN from the NVR.
  3. Turn of WIFI on the laptop
  4. Connect your laptop LAN (RJ45) directly to any of the POE plugs of the NVR.

  7. Use our standard Admin password to program each camera:
    • Ts5242833hk
    • Do not enable DHCP
  8. Using the SADPtool utility assign starting IP of at xxx = 11.  Note: the utility will self-program the IP address given the starting point of 11, good for programming many cameras.
